Returns (Online or In-store)

Instock
Items that have been purchased online or in-store maybe returned for a full refund if the item is returned within 15 days of purchase and is accompanied by a receipt. If product packaging has been damaged a partial refund may be provided. 

Special Order
Items that have been specially ordered for a customer maybe returned for a partial refund (cost of item minus 25%) if returned within 15 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. If the packaging has been damaged an additional fee may apply.

All Items
If items are returned in a: none working state, damaged, not-like-new, or missing components Apollo Computers has the right to refuse refund in whole or part. If items are non-functional please see below for warranty information and return instructions!

Software
Due to copyright laws no software may be returned after purchase. If you have purchased software and you find your CD/DVD damaged please contact us immediately for replacement or for information on how to contact the appropiate company.

Warranty

Apollo and its staff warranty all products purchased either online or in-store based on the manufacture's warranty. Apollo’s staff will not replace any item that has been misused or abused or subjected to an environment deem not acceptable. Apollo’s staff will also not warranty any item that is not covered by its manufacturer.

Privacy Policy

Our company takes your (the customer’s) security very serious and that is why we have included your security as part of our overall commitment to you the customer.

We see “personal information” as information that can be used to identify the customer excluding publicly available information found in public resources. This includes phone numbers, addresses, and business names.

Apollo Computers collects personal information to help the company provide a higher expectation of service. This includes the ability to:

  1. Identify the customer as an individual
  2. Provide contact information for the individual
  3. Provide our customers with the latest on products and services provided by the company
  4. Protect the company from misuse or fraud

To protect our customer’s information we have put in place safe guards to protect both your online and offline identity. These safeguards include not providing your information to 3rd parties without written consent by the customer, protecting your information from unauthorized access, and maintaining an accurate and complete profile to assist in identify the customer to their profile.
